Magic Balloons LLC’s Policies and Rules

1. Reservation: Minimum 30 days in advance
Payment: 50% at the time of booking, remaining balance up to 7 days before the event
Methods: Cash, bank transfer, Zelle, or electronic platforms
Cancellation:

    • Up to 5 days after booking → 100% refund
    • Up to 15 days after booking → 70% refund
    • Less than 5 days before the event → No refund

Date Change: Subject to availability + 10% fee

2. Services Included

    • Themed balloon decorations
    • Photo booths (mirror, British, magazine-style)
    • RGB LED tunnel and dance floor
    • Vintage phone booth
    • DJ, bartender, live music

Types of Events: Weddings, quinceañeras, baby showers, gender reveals, corporate events

3. Service Contracting

    • Agreement according to selected plans
    • Extra services will be charged separately
    • The client is responsible for any damages to equipment or venue
    • Venue access: Minimum 12 hours before the event
    • Take-down: The following morning

 

4. Conduct During the Event

    • Inappropriate behavior or damages → 100% client liability
    • Event must end at the contracted time


5. Adaptations and Force Majeure

    • Company may adjust logistics due to uncontrollable circumstances (rain, technical issues, etc.)
    • Pandemics: Follow official regulations. Cancellations → new contract, no refund

 

6. Confidentiality

    • Protection of client and guest data
    • Event images may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested


7. Satisfaction and Complaints

    • Satisfaction survey sent after the event
    • Complaints must be submitted in writing within 5 days
